Who celebrate it: The international bands and national bands comes to this festival since 1995, a person do a board to select wath bands are going to play, and the order that the bands play, it is organizated by the secretaria distrital de cultura recreacion y deporte.

—At rock al parque is probihited as is smoking despite the fact that the event takes place outdoors . Concert goers are not allowed entry if they are wearing belts with metalic buckles , as these can be used weapons furthermore all concergoers have to go a routine security inspection before entring to the concert grounds the secdurity men asked to remove their shoes and socks if need be.

My opinion of rock al parque is: that is a very good festival it has to be better on the securuty because on these tipe of festivals it can be very dargerous conflicts, because many people fight and be hurt, it is a very good form of entertaniment to the people that loves music
